Chris Bender and Jessica Hurst, two former AmeriCorps members who met at the Seattle Red Cross got married in Snohomish last weekend. In addition to being registered at the usual places, they’re encouraging donations to the Seattle Red Cross in honor of where they met.

The couple currently lives in Boston, where Chris provided first aid assistance after the recent bombing. Best wishes to the happy couple!
